About Coach

I started CrossFit in 2012 while working as an E.M.T./Paramedic on an ambulance for five years. I opted out for a year to deload from the work place stress, and pursued coaching CrossFit and personal training. I had no idea at the time that it would completely change my career path.

Turning Point

Seeing the aftermath of those who never valued personal health decisions and lacked self-discipline was disheartening as a paramedic. I was picking up sick people regularly and watching them deteriorate more and more until eventually I’d be trying to revive them from cardiac arrest. When I started coaching, I saw people eager to learn and I gained an understanding that CrossFit’s methodology and ideology were both preventative and rehabilitative solutions, not just a workout regimen. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to educating, inspiring, and challenging my community to be the best version of themselves possible.
